Microsoft Ghana’s Mobile division is at it’s best again with an Achieve more Lumia promotion.
They have in the past organized the Make it Happen promotion that saw five people win cars and the Lumia Make It Happen promotion that saw some people win a sponsored trip to Singapore.

Lumia 535
Microsoft’s mobile devices have been gaining a lot of love and attention in Africa, Europe, South America and India and this shouldn’t come as a surprise as Microsoft is building device at all levels.
The introduction of the mid range level budget friendly and low cost devices like the Lumia 520, 530, 535, 630 and 635 have seen significant rise in usage of smartphones by consumers. The mid range devices such as the Lumia 730, 830 and 1320 also give flexibity in pricing to it’s targeted audience. The mobile penetration in Africa is on the rise and as more people seek to connect and share they find the Lumia brand attractive and within their budget range.
Microsoft Ghana’s mobile device business manager Mr. Kola Osinowo said recently in his expression of gratitude to Ghanaians that Ghana is among the top most 20 user countries of the Lumia devices in the world.
I believe recent campaigns and promotions such as the #Makeithappen promo increased awareness on the productivity and range of the Lumia handsets.

Microsoft Ghana’s Mobile division has held a LUMIA 535 party at the Silver Lounge, Accra Mall in Accra. The event was to honor the winners of the Lumia 535 #Makeithappen car promotion and winners of the Lumia #Makeithappen Selfie contest.
The #makeithappen promotion launched back in February gave 5 Lumia phone users the opportunity to win a Huyndai i10 each. The cocktail party had people from media houses, winners of the Lumia #makeithappen selfie contest, winners from the Lumia #makeithappen car promotion, well wishers of the winners and other individuals from the public attending.

Three media house representatives won a new Lumia 535 from a pot draw and five people were presented with a new Lumia 535 each for winning in the selfie contest. The selected five winners of the cars were presented with their keys.
Mr. Olumide Balogun, Senior Manager Product Marketing addressing the guest said Lumia’s are not built for everyone but for each one and that Microsoft seeks to reward its customers. He also stated that Lumia devices are to inspire people to do more. Congratulations from the entire Microsoft family he told the winners gathered.

5 Hyundai i10’s are up for grabs in the new Lumia #makeithappen promo. The Promotion organized by the Mobile Devices and Services division of Microsoft Ghana will reward 5 customers with the cars and several others will win weekly gifts.
To stand a chance of winning, purchase a Lumia 535 or any other Lumia handset and send an SMS with the word ‘LUMIA’, your name and the IMEI number of the phone to short code 1732. The promotion runs from 14th February through to 31st March 2015.

Microsoft Ghana wants to send three Ghanaian’s and their partners to the place known as the “State of Fun” – Sentosa Island, Singapore through it’s #MakeItHappen promotion which runs till the 31st of December 2014. Sentosa Island is the only place known to be without boredom. Microsoft Ghana Mobile Devices and Service business manager, Mr. Kolawole Osinowo about the promotion said to qualify, one must take a selfie with one or all of the selected Lumia phones (530, 630, 535, 730, 830 and 930) and upload them to the Microsoft Lumia Ghana Facebook page with the Hashtag #MakeItHappen #Ghana #LumiaSelfie followed by the IMEI (International Mobile Station Equipment Identity) number of the phone(s).
Three selfie’s will be chosen at the end of the competition as winners of the all expense paid trip. Mr Osinowo encouraged Ghanaians to make this Christmas a memorable one by using a Lumia phone to capture the wonderful moments.
Juliet Ibrahim has been selected as the #MakeitHappen brand ambassador for the competition and will make appearances at selected malls(Telefonika Store – West Hills Mall, Compu Ghana Store – Marina Mall and Osu Mall).
