It can be accessed in a number of ways. From the Forms website, Onenote, OneNote Online, OneDrive, Excel app and Excel Online.
How to create a simple form using Microsoft Forms
- Go to your preferred mode. [Either web browser, Onenote, OneNote Online, OneDrive, Excel app and Excel Online]
- Click on new form or new quiz under My forms
- Name form and start adding questions.
- Click preview to see your form and submit if it looks good.
