The Interns4Afrika program offers talented young people a unique experience with a dynamic and agile technology organization on the African continent. Whether you’re aspiring for a future in sales, marketing or technology, this is your chance to kick-start your future.

IT Technical Support Internship

Job Summary

A technical intern should have:

Responsibilities
. Troubleshoot and resolve customers problems
· Deployment of Office365 solutions to customers
· Support Office365 tickets as opened in the helpdesk partal
· Provide training to customers on Office365 capabilities
· Support the marketing team on Office365 technical issues
· Sever administration
· Test and document software
· Database management
· All tasks concerning the installation, migration and support of a sever system
· Microsoft Cloud products installation and support

Marketing Internship

A Marketing intern must have:
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Very good organizational skills
· Persuasive and know how to negotiate well
· Must be good with numbers
· Should be hardworking
· Passion for the marketing industry and its best practices

· Understanding of different marketing techniques

Responsibilities
· Manage the company’s social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and additional channels that may be deemed relevant
· Deploy company marketing resources
· Create shareable content appropriate for specific networks to spread both our brand and our content
· Monitor and engage in relevant social discussions, competitors, and/or industry, both from existing leads and customers as well as from brand new audiences
· Run regular social promotions and campaigns and track their success (e.g., Twitter chats, LinkedIn discussions, etc.)
· Drive consistent, relevant traffic and leads from our social network presence
· Search engine and store optimization
· Track, measure, and analyze all initiatives to report on social media ROI Customer service support

Sales Internship
